A comprehensive, year-long programme of peer mentoring for secondary schools. This package includes:

• Recruitment of mentors, including one full day of interviews, conducted by us

• One full day’s initial training for mentors (delivered by us, in school)

• Induction session for mentees and introducing them to mentors, including mentor-mentee matching (delivered by us, in school)

• Two follow-up Booster Training sessions for the mentors at appropriate intervals through the year

• The Franklin Scholars Toolkit including handbooks for mentors, scrapbooks for mentees, group activity cards and literacy activity cards

• On-going support for the in-school Programme Leader through the year, including monitoring and evaluation
